The Meadham Kirchhoff spring/summer showing at #lfw was a bordello-themed romp full of 18th century courtesan-styled déshabillé gowns and ribboned corset tops, all mixed in with a touch of Minnie Mouse inspiration.
Like something out of Miss Havisham’s drawing room, there were also floral-painted screens, faded swags and drapes, distressed boudoir chairs, limp floral displays, plaintive birdsong and a dusty wedding cake sitting in a corner. A sight to behold!

The Temperley London show at #LFW last night presented an effortlessly feminine mood, using clean silhouettes and graphic lines to create a fresh summer look.
Influences from the late 1950s created a ladylike aesthetic, but with a modern edge through a delicate colour palette and sheer panelling.
